We are a licensed and bonded broker company.

Express Auto Logistics does not ship your vehicle, we find the carriers that will transport your vehicle in the best way possible.

We are not affiliate in any way with the carriers companies we work with.

We use carriers that prove to have track record of integrity and reliability.

Any information we give to our costumers it’s based on information provided for carriers, we do not own or control the independent carriers so Express Auto Logistics should not be held responsible for their non-performance.

Costumers having one car delivered cross-country must understand that most of the carriers will have several pickups and deliveries during the trip, it’s possible for them to get off schedule if they are delayed due to traffic , weather or vehicle break downs.

We must have a working phone number where you may be reached throughout the duration of your vehicle relocation

No auto rental will be honored (for delays, damage or accidents)

If the customer is unable to accept delivery for any reason, the vehicle will be placed in storage. Any and all storage and/or delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

You must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery.

Pick up and delivery is from your door unless residential area restrictions apply. If your vehicle is inoperable or oversize (dual or oversize wheels, extra-large, racks, lifted, limo, etc.), extra charges may be applied. If carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick-up, all extra charges must be paid in cash or money order

You must sign the bill of lading and condition report at both origin and destination.

You are responsible for confirming your vehicle’s condition. This must be done before the driver leaves the destination

Express Auto Logistics it’s not responsible for physical damages to your vehicle caused by the carrier, wrongful delivery or any damage resulting from the status of the carriers insurance.

Remember that auto transport brokers do not insure vehicles. It is the actual carrier that shoulders the insurance of your vehicle.

Trucking damage claims, although rare, are the responsibility of the assigned carrier who is required by law to carry a minimum of 3/4 of a million dollars public liability The assigned carrier is solely responsible for the condition of your vehicle while it is in his possession.

The customer agrees that this is the only contract between the parties governing this transport and not other agreement or contract is in effect

These terms also applies to the shipment of boats nd RVs

You are acknowledging by reading this letter you understand that Express Auto Logistics is not responsible for any acts of omissions , including acts of negligence and willful misconduct of the carrier of your vehicle.
